Jack Livingstone, President

Jack Livingstone was raised in Cohasset. Thirty years ago he started a painting business to finance his education. He graduated with a B.S. from Boston College and an MBA from Babson. Shortly thereafter Jack began a home remodeling business, which ultimately led to building newly constructed single family homes. By 1986 he became a full fledged developer, which included acquiring land parcels, engineering and permitting, and constructing condominiums and subdivisions in the towns of Scituate , Cohasset, Hingham and Milton .
